Job Summary:

The Multi Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across different technical disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of technical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

•Electrical Maintenance: •

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Install new electrical components and systems as needed.

Plumbing Maintenance:

• Conduct regular checks and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings.
• Identify and repair leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues.
• Install new plumbing fixtures and systems as required.

HVAC Maintenance:

• Maintain and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC issues to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Install new HVAC units and systems as needed.

General Building Maintenance:

• Perform general building repairs and maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and drywall work.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is preferred.
• Proven experience as a multi technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
