\xc2\xb7 Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot air conditioning and Electrical systems. \xc2\xb7 Handel all type of plumbing and Handyman Works . \xc2\xb7 Replace and/or repair defective components in AC systems, such as compressors, coils, and motors. \xc2\xb7 Test and evaluate the performance of AC systems using specialized tools and equipment. \xc2\xb7 Provide recommendations to clients on the most appropriate AC system for their needs. \xc2\xb7 Test and evaluate all electrical appliances and their usage. \xc2\xb7 Complete knowledge on plumbing works, Electrical works, automatic controllers works. \xc2\xb7 Maintain accurate records of all AC maintenance, repair, and installation activities. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that all work is completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge about R.O Filtering systems, Water solar heating system, Chiller and Cooling system, Central Vacuum system, Smart Home Automation system and Misting Systems will be and added advantage \xc2\xb7 Handyman work also will be required as needed Qualifications and requirements: \xc2\xb7 Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi is a must. \xc2\xb7 Good practical knowledge of environmental services. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication, professional and cooperation skills. \xc2\xb7 Must be able to learn & develop quickly. \xc2\xb7 Previous work experience with facility management services.
