Job Description

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Technicians which includes assisting in system installation and upgrades; assisting in testing and inspections to the prescribed standards; and assisting with on-site emergency service calls, troubleshooting, and repairs of customers' low-voltage systems.

Systems include Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV), and Intrusion Detection.

Additional duties include preparing accurate and timely service tickets and reports, maintaining work vehicles and tools when applicable, collaborating with team members, and ensuring a high level of customer service, satisfaction and communication.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Shift Engineer, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• To assist the Shift Supervisor in every aspect of the operation as requested
• To perform all duties efficiently and quickly
• Ensure Engineering store is correctly maintained and par stock levels maintained
• Strict adherence to safety rules at all times
• Follows Occupational Health & Safety regulations
• To check wastage and ensure optimum usage of material in the operation
• Liaising with Technical Manager and other team members and performing jobs as and when they are required
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• All other duties as assigned
• Assist with monthly reports
• First point of contact for the engineering supervisor
• Carry out multi skilled activities within the engineering remit
• Manage the PPM
• Be fully aware of the contract requirements for variable and managed works
• Ensure all KPI's are completed

Multi skilled, Flexible and have ability to meet deadline

Knowledgeable in carpentry and painting and building maintenance, safe operation of basic hand and power tools along with workplace safety and safe lifting and handling procedures

Experience:

At least 2-3 years of similar work experience as a multi-skilled technician

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
