Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance Functional implementation experience.

- 4-8 years of experience of Dynamics 365 implementation, configuration and support with comparable role within Finance

- Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation projects experience

Accountability Area

- Evaluate business requirements, needs and objectives and transform same to company processes, solutions and modules being implemented

- Analyze and solve complex ERP issues related to data and processes

- Engage in project coordinating, team leading and implementing ERP functional solutions

- Lead groups in business process reengineering, best practices and customization issues

- Lead business process workshops and requirements gathering sessions and support users in defining relevant processes

- Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions

- Drive and document business requirements and procedures, obtain sign off to ensure users alignment of proposed solution

- Preparation of User Documentation and Training Material that describes the new capabilities to the system user

- Participation in the planning and management of data conversion efforts

- Provide training/support during system implementation, operation and assist in resolving issues encountered by the end users related to systems understanding, incorrect data, or other systemic/process issues.

- Provide an out-of-the-box solution to users requirements. A customization can only be recommended only if the out-of-the-box functionality does not suffice.

- Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream

- Involve actively as a functional expertise in all ERP related projects initiated and implemented by the organization

- Provide training to all type of business users in all modules as needed by the business

- Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and work with the users to validate the solution

- Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager

Qualifications

Education/ Qualification

IT / Accounting / Business / Engineering Degree or Equivalent;

Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications is an advantage

Charted Accountant by profession will be desirable

Work Experience

4-6 years of experience of Dynamics 365, implementation, configuration and support with comparable role within IT, Finance or Operations

Minimum 3 end-to-end implementation projects experience

Knowledge

Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations (Finance, SCM, Project accounting experience is mandatory)

Working knowledge in cloud version installations of Dynamics 365. Experience in on-premise version is added advantage.

In-depth knowledge in Management reporter & consolidations

Knowledge of Middle East Payroll concepts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
