12 Months (Extendable) Office Location: EBS, Zayed Military City What we are looking for: KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Major Duties and Responsibilities: Define and manage the deliverables of the Lead to Cash functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget of the program Be a hands on application expert and prepare / review project deliverables (e.g. Process design documents, Key designs, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process master list (BPML), to-be functional design, baseline configurations, process maps, control matrices, testing scenarios, user acceptance tests, business process procedures) to ensure they meet project objectives Responsible for design validation, configuration, implementation, and functional/technical support and maintenance. Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements; create demonstrations to provide proof of concept; plan and assist the team in drafting statements of work to include estimation of effort/cost. Provide input and advice in Lead to Cash and Sales Order Management areas, regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM capabilities, SAP Sales and Distribution functions and features to Business representatives and implementation partners. Work closely with Project teams in problem solving and deliverables Conduct / Validate hands-on implementation, configuration and development of the various components of Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM, SAP Sales & Distribution. Perform requirements gathering, Business Process Analysis. Understand customer requirements and advise project team on highly specialized, complex solutions architecture and implementation. Provide Post Production support - Customer support tickets resolution, New change requests implementation Skills and Experience 10+ years implementation experience in Marketing and Sales preferably with hands-on experience on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SAP Sales and Distribution or SAP CRM. Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees including executive level. Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions. Experience gathering business requirements (to be model, as is model, etc.) and experience configuring Microsoft CRM modules including Sales, Service and Marketing. Experience of integrations with different modules of SAP Experience assisting with definition and functional design of conversions and interfaces, and functional experience in leading technical team through Microsoft CRM usage, SAP S&D usage; integration development. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, etc. Knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Portals is preferred. Experience in customizations, either in SAP S&D or MS CRM Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints preferred Ability to maintain composure under pressure in ambiguous and complex situations, independent thinker. EDUCATION Undergraduate degree required in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline. Microsoft Certification or SAP S/4 HANA Sales and Distribution Certification
