Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Collect, consolidate, organize and analyze statistical information relating to real estate market, economic, demographic data for use into actionable items, reports and presentations
Provide competitive analysis on various companies\' market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Perform valid and reliable market research including site analysis and SWOT analysis for major real estate developments in Abu Dhabi.
Contribute to the preparation and drafting of research bids and proposals with the overall aim of winning new business and growing our market share
Develop and maintain detailed fact sheet on each area/project, succinctly describing the overall development for benchmarking of relevant developments.
Consistently monitor, update, and maintain the supply and pricing database as well as information on the current position regarding residential and office sector. This helps the valuation and research department provide relevant and crucial information, particularly in a changing market where prices are moving.
Managed quarterly report process internally and ensure that assigned tasks were completed to the satisfaction of the senior management. This included going out into the field taking quality photographs of all new developments, both completed and under construction, to incorporate into the quarterly report.
Performs routine administrative duties as instructed and essential to daily departmental operations like maintaining and updating the project tracker, raising invoices, arranging delivery of reports/proposals, IT requirements etc.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task

Can work independently on assigned research tasks
Ability to handle challenges and deal with heavy workload
Previous experience:
Minimum four years\' experience working in a similar role
