Valuations and Market Study:

Draft reports under supervision of MRICS
Ensure a high standard of inspection and report output
Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases
Knowledge of RICS/IVSC Valuation - Professional Standards (the \xe2\x80\x9cRed Book\xe2\x80\x9d)
Knowledge of the application of the 3 Methods of Valuation
Knowledge of property market, including economic drivers, supply and demand etc.
