Position: Motorsports Assistant

Job location: Abu Dhabi

Role Overview:

Responsible to assist with the professional and efficient operation of all motorsport department circuits, activities, races and vehicle hire with client safety and enjoyment of foremost importance.

While main duties are predominately carried out in the Extreme Sports facility, work may be required in other areas of the property. The work environment of a Motorsports Assistant is mainly outdoors and can be very noisy and sometimes hazardous in extreme circumstances.

Duties & Responsibilities

To assist and attend guests during their activities

To provide assistance to guests on the track

Conduct safety briefing

Follow operating procedures and rules for the safe and secure operation of the Circuits, races and events

Report all incidents involving an injury or violation of the safety rules to Race controller assigned to your circuit.

Carry out daily safety inspections of the track and cleaning of equipment, circuits

Maintain appropriate standards of conduct, dress, hygiene, uniform appearance and professionalism

Follow company policies and procedures, demonstrate efficient teamwork and contribute to the achievement of business goals

Ensure circuit discipline maintained by use of warning flag and black flag. Explain to driver's whole their wrong and correct where possible

To perform other duties that management may from time to time reasonably require

Assist guests in an emergency situation as per the procedure and training given

Ensure that all flags are available on track

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or High School or any related field or equivalent

Minimum 1-2 years' experience in the UAE in a similar role is preferred

Male is preferred due to line of work

Salary Package: 1,800 AED + 250 AED additional allowance upon completion of 6 months + sharing accommodation + 3 x Meals/day +. + free uniform + free transportation inside the company + Every 2 years ticket cash (roundtrip to home country) + visa & medical insurance will be provided

Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
