e are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Motorcycle Accessories Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles and a strong understanding of the accessories market. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations to enhance their riding experience. You will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining product knowledge, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role you will have following responsibilities: * Receive Customer products for Service/ Repair Jobs and raise service orders * Provide detailed explanation on jobs to be carried out (and technical justification for additional repairs, if any) * Provide cost estimate in coordination with Parts and obtain approval from customers * Open job cards and Schedule/Distribute work to technicians * Ensure all parts are issued prior to technicians leaving for onsite jobs * Coordinate with onsite technicians and customers for next appointments * Raise special orders for parts not available and follow up and keep customer informed * Payment collections, closing of invoices and handing over of products to customers after repairs * Liaise with Sales Team to identify stocks on hand and stocks in the market * Identify technical problems * Promote accessories sales to customers Requirements You will have the following skills and experience: * Technically competent, with ability to understand customer needs and requirements * Ability to provide established standards of Customer Service through diagnostic ability, assessment of repairs/maintenance and most importantly quality customer care * Strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with administrative competence vital for this role * Computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft applications * Ability to advise customers on the required jobs in a timely, professional manner * Proactive approach when dealing with customer complaints, with ability to resolve discrepancies and issues appropriately. * Preferably with 2 years experience as Service Advisor/Service Consultant in any motorcycle or automotive industry * Strong communication skills Preferred Attributes: Passion for Motorcycles: Genuine interest and enthusiasm for motorcycles and riding.
