Position Title: Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing captivating visual content and executing strategic social media marketing campaigns to elevate our brand presence across various digital platforms. As a luxury car brand, we aim to convey the essence of opulence, innovation, and prestige through our social media channels.

Responsibilities:

Combines design with animation and/or filmmaking, video production, and filmic techniques.

Concept Development; Collaborate team to conceptualize ideas and develop visual concepts that align with project objectives and target audience.

Graphic Design; designing graphics, illustrations, typography, and other visual elements that will be animated, often using software like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Animation; bringing static designs to life through animation techniques such as key framing, tweening, and motion paths using software like Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender.

Time Management; managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work within budget constraints.

Attention to detail; paying close attention to detail in design, animation, and editing to maintain visual consistency and quality throughout the project.

Maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all social media channels,

Monitor social media trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for creative storytelling and audience engagement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall business objectives.

Analyze social media performance metrics and audience insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize content strategies for maximum impact.

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing and graphic design.

Proficiency in Adobe and other graphic design software.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent creative and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey brand messaging and engage with audiences.
