We are seeking a motivated and energetic artist to join our company as a Motion Graphics Designer who should have strong creative skills and a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates his / her passion for Graphic motion/How-to videos/promotional videos and info-graphics. As part of our creative team, you create video content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You work with a larger team of creative professionals, supporting company goals and media initiatives, meaning that a collaborative mindset is an absolute must. Our ideal candidate is proficient in an array of Adobe products, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After-effects Design, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere. You should also be proficient in other common design software. Job Roles & Responsibilities 1. Create visually stunning video assets and content. Create and edit short videos, corporate films, and motion creatives (.gif) 2. Design motion graphics for social media and other online platforms. 3. Translate concepts and storyboards into exciting films and videos. 4. Create graphics and artwork in compliance with all the brand guidelines. 5. Adapt videos into various dimensions and formats as required. 6. Ensure production quality meets creative and brand expectations. 7. Ensure each project is set up for success from start to finish. 8. Collaborate with creative directors and other colleagues to best support larger media goals. 9. Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions. 10. Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and Client teams. 11. Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries. 12. Create and deliver Motion Graphics for various media. 13. Work with art and creative teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for Motion Graphic designs. 14. Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance Motion Graphics. 15. Stay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques. 16. Design creatives for the web, social media, illustrations, videos, collateral, etc. Functional (Technical / Experiential) Skills 1. You have 2-3 years of hands-on experience as a Motion Graphics Designer as well as a strong portfolio of sample projects, OR, at least 4 years of graphics design and video editing experience. 2. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography and video editing. 3. You possess strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe After-Effects Design, Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools. 4. You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics. 5. A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology even outside your domain of expertise to advance your craft. 6. Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions. 7. Up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. 8. Take feedback positively to turn it into creative design solutions.
