Are you a motivated individual with a passion for finance and sales? The Lending Tree is seeking talented Sales Agents to join our team in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). As a Mortgage Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients find the perfect mortgage solutions for their residential and commercial property financing needs.

Requirements:

- Fluent in English.

- Must be under 35 years of age.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Mortgage / Banking financial industry.

- UAE driving license is MANDATORY.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Education: Bachelor's degree is a MUST.

Experience: Mortgage / Banking Experience : Minimum 1 year required.

Salary: Up to AED 15,000 per month

Commission: Up to 65%

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities.

- Manage relationships and network with real estate professionals and developers.

- Liaise directly with bank representatives.

- Manage pipelines and provide regular reports.

- Achieve monthly targets.

- Maintain client relationships and portfolios.

- Keep clients updated on the status of their mortgage applications.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders.

- Engage in marketing and business development activities to support sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
