Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services
Evaluate clients\' financial circumstances and recommend appropriate mortgage solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide ongoing support and advice throughout the mortgage process
Work with clients to complete mortgage applications, and guide them through the underwriting and approval process
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including real estate agents and attorneys, to ensure timely and effective mortgage services to clients
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business growth, including generating leads and prospecting
Keep up-to-date with mortgage industry trends and regulations, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the mortgage origination system
Provide exceptional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the mortgage process
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage advising, origination, or a related field
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and services, and a solid understanding of the mortgage underwriting and approval process
Proven sales skills and experience, with a track record of success in driving new business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
