Job Title: Mortgage Advisor and Sales RepresentativeLocation: Abu DhabiCompany: Qualified Financing brokerOverview:As a Mortgage Advisor and Sales Representative, you will combine your expertise in mortgage lending with strong sales skills to assist clients in securing mortgage products that meet their financial needs and objectives. In this dual role, you will not only provide expert mortgage advice but also actively generate leads, cultivate relationships, and close mortgage deals. Your goal will be to drive sales growth while delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the mortgage process.Responsibilities:1. Mortgage Consultation:- Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and homeownership aspirations.- Analyze clients\' financial profiles to determine their eligibility for various mortgage products.2. Mortgage Product Knowledge:- Stay abreast of the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and lending criteria.- Educate clients about available mortgage options and help them choose the most suitable product based on their needs and circumstances.3. Sales Generation:- Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities.- Engage with prospective clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics to promote mortgage services.4. Client Relationship Management:- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, builders, and other stakeholders in the housing industry.- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the mortgage process, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.5. Application Assistance:- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications accurately and efficiently.- Liaise with lenders and underwriters to expedite the processing of mortgage applications and facilitate timely closings.6. Sales Closing:- Utilize persuasive sales techniques to overcome objections and close mortgage deals effectively.- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.7. Sales Reporting and Analysis:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.- Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and develop strategies for achieving sales targets.8.
