We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mortgage Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate mortgage options, securing the best possible loan terms, and ensuring a seamless experience from application to closing.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert mortgage advice to clients, assessing their financial situation and identifying suitable loan options.

Guide clients through the entire mortgage process, from initial consultation to loan approval and closing.

Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and financial institutions to generate leads and referrals.

Stay updated on the latest mortgage products, interest rates, and industry trends.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Work towards achieving sales targets and business growth objectives.

Requirements

Minimum 1 years of experience in mortgage advisory, banking, or financial services.

Strong knowledge of mortgage products, lending criteria, and financial regulations.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Experience using mortgage brokerage software and CRM systems is a plus.

Relevant certification or licensing (if applicable in your region).
