Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will be responsible for advising clients on mortgage options, managing their application process from start to finish, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with clients, providing them with expert guidance and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice to clients based on their financial circumstances and goals.
• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately.
• Liaise with lenders to negotiate the best possible mortgage terms for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and industry regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Keep clients informed about the status of their mortgage applications and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience throughout the mortgage process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Mortgage Advisor or similar role in the financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and procedures.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and economic trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Mortgage advisor certification or relevant licensing as required by regulatory bodies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
