Position: Mortgage Advisor Location: Emaar business park, Dubai Period: Full Time -Responsibilities
- To achieve or exceed agreed core product sales targets to build new customer.
- To ensure the submitted customer applications and documentations are complete and error free.
- Minimize errors and act upon them for correction and re- submission if any.
- To provide sales MIS and Daily reports to Sales Manager on regular basis.
- To provide ongoing customer / market feedback to Sales Manager to improve business.
- To build and maintain effective business relationship with Real Estate brokerage/ market.
- To capitalize on-cross selling opportunities.
- To perform additional duties, if assigned so by management
- Requires good Convincing and negotiating skills in view
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and provide ongoing support and advice throughout the mortgage process
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on mortgage products and services
- Preferably University Degree
- Minimum 1-year experience in selling mortgage products
- Banking / brokerage
- Russian speaker ONLY
- Excellent speaking English
- Advanced computer skills including MS office.
- Dubai (Preferred)
- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
