Elite Mortgages and Real Estate is a reputable financial institution committed to providing excellent mortgage services and real estate to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Officer to join our team. The Mortgage Officer will be responsible for guiding clients through the mortgage application process, evaluating loan applications, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mortgage products, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of homeownership. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in understanding their mortgage options and selecting the best loan products for their needs
- Collect and review loan applications, financial documents, and credit reports
- Evaluate applicants\' financial status, creditworthiness, and debt-to-income ratio
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
- Communicate regularly with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates on loan status and resolve any issues
- Stay current on industry trends, lending regulations, and mortgage products to provide informed guidance to clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the loan process
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals
- Years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
- Abu Dhabi (Required)
- Abu Dhabi: Relocate before starting work (Required)
