Sales Manager at Maison Fatim Showroom, Dubai

Location: Downtown.

Maison Fatim is an exquisite brand renowned for its luxurious traditional Moroccan caftans. With over 20 years of history, Maison Fatim has dressed celebrities such as Mohamed Ramadan, Balqees, Haifa Wehbe, and Diana Ross. Our private sale concept and commitment to high-end fashion have earned us a loyal clientele. We have recently expanded to Dubai to better serve our growing Middle Eastern clientele.

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Sales Manager for our Dubai showroom. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically within the luxury fashion sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

- Drive sales and achieve targets by effectively promoting and selling our luxurious Moroccan caftans.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage daily showroom operations, ensuring a high standard of presentation and customer service.

- Stay updated with fashion trends and Maison Fatim's collections to provide knowledgeable advice to clients.

- Coordinate private sales events and exclusive client fittings.

- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions in our CRM system.

- Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales,

- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive sales approach.

- Passion for fashion and an in-depth understanding of the luxury fashion market.

- Dynamic, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

- Professional appearance and demeanor.

- Fluent in English
