New opening salon is hiring a Moroccan Bath Specialist to join an international team!Moroccan Hammam SpecialistFairmont Amman Hotel is looking for a Moroccan Bath Specialist to join Our Spa team. We are looking for an English/ Arabic -speaking specialist/therapist with at least 3 years relevant experience.Responsibilities and essential job functions includes but are not limited to the following:
- Specialized in Moroccan Bath Therapy, performs Moroccan baths and spa treatments on clients
- Prepares the point of sale and preparation areas
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets through upselling/cross selling
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
- Comply with all hygiene standards, quality, rules and regulations
- Cleans and tidies the recreation area and massage rooms - sauna - gym, etc. after closing
- Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Follow departmental policies and procedures, and follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Assists with other responsibilities and duties in the absence of a team members or other tasks assigned by the manager.
- Follows all policies and procedures ascertained by the hotel.
