Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform authentic Moroccan bath treatments , including exfoliation, cleansing, and massage, using traditional techniques and high-quality products.
• Customize treatments based on clients' skin type, preferences, and needs, ensuring a personalized and rejuvenating experience.
• Educate clients on the benefits of the different massage, Moroccan bath therapy, Thai, Sport Massage, Deep Tissue etc and recommend appropriate treatments and products for skin care and relaxation.
• Promote and upsell salon and spa services, memberships, and retail products to enhance the client experience and maximize sales revenue.
• Assist clients with inquiries, appointments, in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the Spa area, including sanitizing equipment, replenishing supplies, and ensuring a serene ambiance.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate appointments, manage client flow, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and products related to Moroccan bath therapy to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• Support salon and spa events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Moroccan bath massage specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in performing traditional Moroccan bath treatments, including exfoliation, cleansing, and massage techniques.
• Certification or training in Moroccan bath techniques and practices preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and business needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
