Job Description

A Montessori based nursery in Sharjah is looking for a Montessori teacher.

Job duties will include the following but are not restricted to:

Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.

Integrate play-based learning and hands-on activities to encourage exploration and creativity.

Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.

Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment.

Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Monitor and document children's growth, behavior, and developmental milestones.

Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns.

Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Ensure that health and safety standards are met in the classroom.

Base requirement:

B'ed or equivalent

Montessori degree / diploma / certificate

At least 1 year of teaching experience

Excellent communication skills
