Montessori Lead Elementary Guide (6-9, 6-12) Location: Dubai, UAE

We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Lead Guide to join the team. Guides' responsibilities include delivering high-quality lessons, assessing and supporting children's individual needs and growth potential, record keeping, and communicating with families regularly. Guides inspire a love for learning in children and create nurturing, engaging classrooms where every child feels included. Candidates must be interested in continually improving their teaching craft, and welcome coaching and support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with colleagues, students, and families to create an enriching and supportive learning environment.

Requirements
Certification as an Elementary Guide in the 6-9 or 6-12 classroom.
AMI (Association Montessori Internationale) or AMS (American Montessori Society) certification is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field.
A kind and respectful approach to interacting with children and adults.
Excellent English speaking skills; native or near-native proficiency.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about Montessori education and dedicated to the holistic development of each child.

Salary: AED150,000 to AED200,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED40,844.70 - AED54,459.61 per year

Experience:

• Montessori Lead Elementary Guide (6-9, 6-12): 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Child Development Associate Certification (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Remote: Relocate with an employer provided relocation package (Preferred)
