• Lead and supervise a team of inspectors.
• Schedule and coordinate inspection activities.
• Perform advanced inspections of the call center operations, customer care front desk, center facilities, and driving instructors.
• Ensure all inspection reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection or quality control.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• In-depth knowledge of inspection techniques and regulatory standards related to service operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
