This role will help drive the strategy and transformation of Money Movement Solutions CEMEA while collaborating with key members of the CEMEA Leadership Team, Global Visa Direct Team, and other stakeholders.This role encompasses:Strategy & OpsCoordinating strategic business decisions around revenue generation, expense control, business optimization, investments, and resource allocation. Supporting the CEMEA Head of Money Movement Solutions Head, in the creation of a transformation agenda to make Visa Solutions the forerunner of money movement innovation Work closely with the head of Strategy & BPO for CMS CEMEA to support CMS/MM specific strategic GTM initiatives that drive overall function growth Scan market trends and provide insights on impacts and recommendations to our strategy and key initiatives. In close partnership with Finance and key business partners, leading annual operating plan and multi-year outlook process, and driving key strategic, financial, and operational activities by leading business reviews, scorecards, OKR planning, and regular OKR review. Proactively review all progress reports, updates, dashboards and highlighting areas that require attention Perform business analysis to produce insights to optimize and grow revenuesSales and Account Management ExcellenceSharing sales goals across Money Movement and partnering client segment units, defining the optimal client coverage model, etc.Strategizing and planning sales targets in accordance with multi-year strategic plans and annual operating plansOptimizing sales and account management processes for efficiency, and providing training and development programs to improve the team's skillsManagement of sales tools (MS Dynamics) and technology to aid the sales processMonitoring and managing the team's performance, tracking progress against targets, and designing compensation and incentive programs to motivate the sales and account management teamsOrchestration of account planning process for organization. Helping account teams to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunitiesDriving the execution of the annual Global Client Engagement Survey (GCES) to capture client feedback and coordinate corrective actionsCommunicationsDeveloping and maintaining established internal communications architecture such as all-hands, and newsletters to empower, align, and motivateCoordinating and creating materials for key cadences such as regional and global MBRs, QBRs, All-staffs, Global and CEMEA LT sessions, and client councils/forums with the CEMEA Money Movement Leadership TeamWorking with the partnering functions to collect key developments and highlights in preparation for meetings and discussions and prioritizing business topicsServe as a liaison with Global Money Movement, CEMEA Business Strategy and Ops, Investors Relations and Communications team to provide information for Visa CEO, CFO, President, and Investment Community forums and reports.Proactively seek success stories across CEMEA Money Movement organization to communicate to CEMEA LT to promote the progress against scorecards or important milestones.Execution and sales supportOrganizing and prioritizing critical information, issues, and data to facilitate efficient decision-makingDelivering wide-range of strategic initiatives for the CEMEA Head of Money Movement SolutionsManaging specific deliverables for the Head of Money Movement Solutions, ensuring timely completion - these may range from ensuring that project actions are acted upon to addressing time-sensitive requests from senior managementDrive sales and account management by coordinating sales and implementation pipelines, focusing on XB Money MovementExpedite time-to-revenue by identifying and removing roadblocks in the sales process liaising with Global and Regional XB Money Movement partnersThis role sits at the intersection of multiple functions as a result organizational savvy and interpersonal skills are critical. This role works with other specialized Product groups, Financial Institution Sales, Merchant Sales, Regions, Operations, Technology, Risk, Data Science, Design, Marketing, Communications, Legal, Corporate Strategy, Interchange/Pricing, and Finance to coordinate and continue to build great products. The individual will be a thought leader in strategy and business growth with a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications
3-5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (E.g., MBA or Masters in relevant field)
Prior experience in management/business consulting or XB money movement business
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD)
Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-centric mindset
Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively and identify new ways to innovate and differentiate products with evidence of tangible business results
