About the Team
The high-performing Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization is essential to enabling TikTok's advertising business growth. We partner with business leaders in strategy setting, revenue planning, sales & client incentive policy-making, driving operational effectiveness in tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnerships cross-functionally across internal teams.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and analytical Third-Party-Associate to join our team in Dubai, covering Business Planning for the METAP region. The ideal candidate is passionate about TikTok's mission, eager to tackle challenges, and ready to contribute to our growth in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify revenue opportunities, translate them into concrete go-to-market levers, drive and track progress, and measure impact
• Build reports and dashboards that highlight business KPIs and drive sales intelligence
• Manage revenue planning: Target setting, forecasting, partnering with sales teams in maintaining an accurate sales pipeline, revenue attainment tracking
• Define and enforce sales & client policies with respect to revenue recognition and attribution, channel segmentation, transfer criteria, customer acquisition and more; partner with counterparts in other sales channels and regions to resolve ownership conflicts, all with a positive attitude and a desire to do what is best for the business as a whole
• Foster cross functional collaboration: Cultivating and maintaining strong working relationships with critical business partners (e.g. Sales, Product, Legal, Finance)
Qualifications
Minimum requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Analytics or a related field
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Highly driven, very attentive, and have a passion for learning.
• Fast learner, ability to independently multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior sales strategy, sales operations, product, finance, strategy, consulting, investment banking or related analytical experience. Big tech, high-growth start-up, or advertising industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity or exposure to CRM (eg. Salesforce), BI visualization tools (eg. Tableau), and SQL.
• Experience in project management, can lead complex analysis independently and communicate insights in a simplified manner. Able to think strategically about complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations.
