Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities.
• Medical Procedures: Assist in medical procedures, including wound care, injections, IV line insertion, and other treatments as directed by physicians.
• Assessment: Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' conditions, including physical and mental health evaluations, and document findings.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with healthcare teams (doctors, specialists, and other nurses) to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and preventive healthcare practices.
• Record Keeping: Accurately document patient information, including treatment plans, progress, and any changes in condition, in the medical records.
• Emergency Care: Provide emergency care as needed, ensuring patients are stabilized and cared for appropriately.
• Compliance: Adhere to healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring all actions align with hospital and MOH standards.
• Infection Control: Follow all infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Support: Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during recovery or in critical situations.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
• Licensing: Valid Ministry of Health (MOH) license to practice as a nurse in the UAE.
• Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare facilities.
• Skills:
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
• Familiarity with hospital software and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Language: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Additional certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, or other specialized training).
• Previous experience working in the UAE healthcare system is an advantage
