(6 Months Contract)Responsible in the preparation and liaising of UAE visa applicationsBooking and arranging medical requirements for employeeBooking and arranging Wood Group inductions for employeeBooking and managing flights, accommodation, and transportation for employees mobilizationMaintaining the mobilization tracker and ensuring data are up to date at the highest standard and in line with emergency response proceduresManage all administrative processes including the issuing of joining instructions; maintain accurate records and filingEnsure all employees have the appropriate visa, medical, attestation, induction, project specific requirements prior to mobilizationActs as logistics focal point for nominated project in relation to the movement of personnel.Manage IT new starts / leavers process of personnel on projectPrepares and send out Welcome / Mobilization e-mail. Ensure employee have the correct documentation.Monitoring of employee flight tickets, hotels, medicals, inductions and visas due to expire to ensure validity is kept at all timesEnsuring Audit requirements are met for employee foldersHandling all general mobilization/logistics queriesSupport HR for any requirements (e.g., inductions, job profile, competency assessment and trainingsA minimum of 5 years experience in a similar roleStrong knowledge of the visa processes as well as the documents required to obtain a work permitExtensive experience in Iraq and UAE Visa processesGood Communication skillsGood Command of EnglishGood experience in coordination with the different departments as well as new joinersConsiderable knowledge of Microsoft officeExpertise in updating database and trackersUnderstanding of the medical insurance enrollment and requirementsVery good knowledge of the PRO daily work and good coordinator with the various typing transactionWood is a global leader in consulting and engineering, helping to unlock solutions to critical challenges in energy and materials markets.
