Job Description

We are seeking a skilled iPhone Hardware Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile device hardware repair. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing hardware issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all devices are restored to optimal working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues on mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Replace defective components such as screens, batteries, cameras, and other internal parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on mobile devices.
• Ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and answering technical questions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and repair techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety and quality standards in the repair process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electronics or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in mobile device hardware repair.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a variety of hardware issues.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
