Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Phone Technician with expertise in repairing and servicing iPhones. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of iPhone hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as experience in diagnosing and repairing issues such as screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair, and other common issues. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair iPhones, including screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair, and other common issues
• Perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of quality
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, costs, and expected timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the repair process
• Keep up-to-date with new iPhone models, software updates, and repair techniques
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace
• Manage inventory of parts and tools and ensure adequate supplies are available
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience repairing iPhones
• Strong understanding of iPhone hardware, software, and operating systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair issues such as screen replacements, battery replacements, water damage repair, and other common issues
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive customer experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage inventory and maintain an organized workspace
• Ability to work collaboratively with other technicians and team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in iPhone repair or equivalent experience
• Experience with other mobile phone brands and models
• Familiarity with repair management software
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

Physical Demands: The position requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time, . The technician may be required to bend, stoop, and reach, as well as use hand tools and equipment.

Salary: The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
