We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mobile phone Storekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, maintain organized storage of mobile phones and accessories, and assist in enhancing sales performance by supporting the sales team and directly engaging with customers when needed.
Key Responsibilities :
•Inventory Management:•
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of phones and accessories.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage.
• Monitor stock levels and notify management of shortages.
• Prepare and update inventory reports regularly.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
•Sales Support:•
• Assist customers in locating products and providing basic product information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Suggest additional products such as accessories or services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide occasional support at the sales counter during peak times.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to support customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications :
• Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in the mobile phone or electronics industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).
Additional Requirements :
• Ability to lift and move moderately heavy items when needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
