Job Description

As an Application Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful introduction of new software applications to the Real Estate market. Your responsibilities will include coordinating cross-functional teams, developing launch strategies, and ensuring a seamless transition from commercial team & development team. Key duties involve creating detailed launch plans, assessing project risks, and collaborating with various departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up , Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new software applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, establish project milestones, and monitor progress throughout the launch process.

3. Conduct risk assessments and proactively address potential challenges to mitigate any impact on the launch timeline or quality.

4. Work closely with marketing teams to develop effective communication strategies, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning of the application in the market.

5. Coordinate with product development teams to ensure that the application meets quality standards and is ready for launch.

6. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to facilitate a smooth launch process.

7. Monitor post-launch performance and gather feedback to make continuous improvements for future launches.

8. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.

9. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor launches, and customer feedback to inform future launch strategies.

10. Collaborate with customer support teams to address any issues or concerns that arise post-launch, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in project management, particularly in software/application launches.

3. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.

5. Ability to think strategically and proactively identify and address potential challenges.

6. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

7. Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies is advantageous.

8. Proficient in project management tools and software.
