Requirement & Responsibilities:

• At Least 7 years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on iOS (Native) and Flutter for cross-platform development.
• Skills in Android application development are a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership roles.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

• Architect scalable mobile app architectures.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the mobile development team.
• Manage and train a group of junior early-stage engineers. Should have a passion for mentoring people.
• Lead sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization of tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality mobile applications.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering and maintaining mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Expertise in Swift and/or Objective-C, Dart, Kotlin or Java.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of backend services.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
