Job Description

As a Salesperson at Attractive Zone Phones and Computers, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will help customers find the perfect electronics, phone, computer, and lifestyle accessories that meet their needs, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and product knowledge. Your role will involve direct sales, product recommendations, and ensuring the store environment is welcoming and organized.

Key Responsibilities

:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Understand customers' needs and provide tailored recommendations for phones, computers, and accessories. Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, highlighting key differentiators. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to effectively answer customer inquiries. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale (POS) system. Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as necessary. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve monthly sales targets. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional manner. Stay updated on industry trends and product innovations.

Qualifications

:

Valid UAE visa is required Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or electronics. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of phones, computers, and related accessories. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in electronics or sales is a plus. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Pay: AED1,500.00 per month
