About Us:
We are a dynamic organization in Dubai looking to hire an MMD Executive to manage materials management and logistics processes effectively. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely availability of materials and smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of materials.
• Ensure inventory levels are maintained, monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Verify material specifications and ensure the quality standards are met.
• Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.
• Monitor and report on material consumption trends and forecast future requirements.
• Maintain and update accurate records of inventory, purchases, and materials.
• Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, warehouse, and production teams, to ensure efficient operations.
• Support the preparation of material budgets and cost analysis.
• Perform periodic stock audits and inventory checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the handling and storage of materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in materials management or supply chain operations, preferably in a healthcare or industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
