Mixologists | Dubai | Entertainment VenueWe are currently seeking experienced and dynamic MIXOLOGISTS | BARTENDERS to join the hospitality team at this super busy Entertainment Venue.As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite beverages that elevate the overall guest experience.Responsibilities:

• Create an extensive range of Mocktails and beverages, adhering to established recipes and standards while incorporating your own unique flair.
• Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and recommend personalized drink selections.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including proper storage and handling of ingredients, glassware, and equipment.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop beverage pairings that complement our culinary offerings and enhance the overall dining experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients, continually refining your skills and repertoire to deliver innovative and on-trend beverage offerings.
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in high-end restaurants, bars, or luxury hospitality establishments.
• Extensive knowledge of all kinds of beverages
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredient combinations, with a passion for creativity and experimentation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality beverages.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.
• Relevant certifications or training in mixology, bartending, or hospitality management are preferred.
