You will be accountable for consistently meeting plant objectives in terms of safety, production, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
What you'll be doing:
• Safety/environmental performance: Hold responsibility in carrying out all needed Safety and environment guidelines.
• Responsible for the operation at Mixer station at the Plasterboard production.
• Ensure minimal product defects and downtime at mixer station.
• Contribute and execute Autonomous Maintenance at Mixer Station.
• Contribute at mixer and material system cleaning for product changes and shutdowns.
• Contribute to CI culture which includes Root Cause analysis for Defects and downtimes.
• Additional responsibilities as delegated.
What we'd love for you to have:

• + Minimum 3 Years' Experience as Mixer Operator or similar role.
+ Education qualification: Diploma.
+ Good math and computer application proficiency (MS Office).
+ Accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
+ Understanding of machine equipment operations including operating applications.
+ Awareness of Autonomous Maintenance.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
+ Knowledge on different ISO Standards.
+ Knowledge of Maintenance activities.
+ Knowledge about Improvement Project and Lean tools.
+ Good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
+ Overall Awareness of Plant operations.
• Physical demands in need:
• + Able to withstand moderate physical activity (standing, walking, bending, stooping over, reaching, etc.).
+ Able to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time.
