Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the finance department by preparing financial statements, budgets, and analytical reports while contributing to the monthly closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements. Assist in budget preparation and monitor budget performance. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Create comparative analyses to support strategic decision-making. Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of accounts. Work collaboratively with other departments to gather and analyze data as needed. Leverage SAP systems (if applicable) for data extraction and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Knowledge of SAP systems is an advantage. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
