Key Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting :
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate comprehensive reports.
• Create and maintain dashboards and scorecards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Present findings to management and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting processes.
• Budgeting :
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, collaborating with department heads to gather input.
• Monitor budget performance and prepare variance reports to identify discrepancies.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of financial data to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Support the development of long-term financial plans and capital expenditure proposals.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with finance, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive data sharing and reporting.
• Provide training and support to staff on reporting tools and budget management processes.
• Continuous Improvement :
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and budgeting accuracy.
• Stay updated on best practices and tools in MIS reporting and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or MIS reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
