Job Title: MIS Manager Location: United Arab EmiratesJob Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MIS Manager to lead a team of professionals in supporting the Sales team across the GCC. The role involves compiling, analyzing, and presenting strategic reports to support decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator, a data-driven strategist, and a results-oriented leader capable of enhancing reporting processes and fostering a culture of accountability and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Leadership and Team Management:
Lead a team of professionals to provide critical support for the Sales team across the GCC.
Ensure timely and accurate sharing of information to support decision-making processes.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Act as the primary support system for various departments by delivering relevant, actionable data.
Serve as a key liaison between Management and internal teams, preparing and presenting strategic reports.
Data Reporting and Insights:
Compile and present periodical reports aligned with organizational objectives and key metrics.
Manage the preparation of financial, operational, and sales reports tailored for decision-makers.
Actively participate in strategic decision-making processes by offering data-driven insights to drive business growth.
Reporting Tools and Systems:
Implement and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for real-time tracking of business metrics.
Drive improvements in reporting processes by identifying areas for automation and streamlining workflows.
Data Accuracy and Process Improvement:
Oversee and ensure accuracy in data collection processes for critical reports.
Foster a culture of accountability and efficiency within the team to enhance data reliability.
Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to team members to improve report generation skills, data accuracy, and alignment with business objectives.
Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Masters in Finance or analysis field with CA qualification/ACCA/CMA etc.
Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, or a related role, with a focus on team leadership.
Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualization on Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence decision-making at all organizational levels.
Experience with automation and workflow optimization is a plus.
