Job Title: MIG Welder Location: Ras al-Khaimah, UAE Company: SolarShade Metal Industries LLC About Us: SolarShade Metal Industries is a leading company in the metal fabrication and solar mounting industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our dynamic team. : As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal components together using the MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding process. Your duties will include reading blueprints, preparing materials, and ensuring welds meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand the requirements of each project. • Set up welding machines and select appropriate settings based on materials and project specifications. • Weld metal components together using the MIG welding process, ensuring strong and precise welds. • Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications, making any necessary adjustments or repairs. • Maintain and clean welding equipment to ensure it functions properly. • Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely project completion. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role. • Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and equipment. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality welds. • Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices for welding. • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods. • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding or a related field is a plus.
