Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-level Marketing Manager to drive our growth in the Arabic-speaking market. This role is critical for building brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and nurturing subscriber loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about brand building, digital marketing, and engaging families through creative content that resonates with the Middle Eastern market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute Marketing Campaigns: Create and implement multichannel marketing campaigns that engage our target audience in the UAE and KSA.
• Brand Activation & Events: Plan and oversee on-the-ground brand activation events in key locations, coordinating logistics and ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
• Content Team Leadership: Lead and manage the content team, including the Content Manager and Graphic Designer, to ensure cohesive and compelling content across platforms.
• Performance Marketing Agency Management: Oversee the relationship with our performance marketing agency, briefing them on campaign objectives, providing ongoing feedback, and aligning strategies to drive acquisition and brand growth.
• Content Localization: Ensure all content, both digital and print, is culturally relevant, appealing, and effectively engages Arabic-speaking customers.
• Digital & OOH Marketing: Manage and execute campaigns across digital, out-of-home (OOH), social media, and CRM channels to build brand visibility.
• Organic Social Media Management: Oversee Rehla Box's presence on organic social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, creating engaging content that fosters community and brand loyalty.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Oversee CRM initiatives to nurture leads, retain customers, and boost brand loyalty through tailored communications.
• Analytics & Optimization: Monitor KPIs, track campaign performance, and leverage insights to optimize future strategies using tools like Google Analytics.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams, from product development to customer service, to create cohesive customer experiences and support our brand's growth objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in startup or scaleup environments, with a strong growth-oriented mindset.
• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience with brands that have a presence in Saudi Arabia and the UAE is a must. Experience with subscription services and/or children's products is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation, SEO, and digital tools such as Google Analytics.
• Social Media Expertise: Experience managing organic social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat, with an understanding of best practices for audience engagement.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in customer acquisition, retention, and growth within digital marketing channels.
• Team & Vendor Management: Strong experience in managing content teams and coordinating with external performance marketing agencies.
•Please note that relocation to the UAE or KSA is not available at this stage. Candidates must currently reside in the region.•
