As a Science Teacher at Diyar Schools, you will play a vital role in inspiring curiosity and fostering a love for science among students. You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, facilitating hands-on experiments, and nurturing scientific inquiry skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•1. Quality of Learning: •Plan and execute dynamic science lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Utilize assessment data to tailor instruction and monitor student progress.

•2. Conditions for Learning: •Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore and question scientific concepts. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall science curriculum.

•3. Developing Learning: •Provide constructive feedback to students and encourage them to take ownership of their learning. Foster a growth mindset and celebrate scientific discoveries and achievements.

•4. Evaluating Learning: •Implement various assessment methods to evaluate student understanding and mastery of scientific concepts. Use assessment data to inform instructional decisions and support student growth.

•5. Professional Development: •Stay current with advancements in science education and instructional best practices. Participate in professional development opportunities and collaborate with colleagues to share ideas and resources.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status or Certification in respective country

- MOE Approval

- Degree in Science or related field, with relevant Postgraduate qualification preferred

- Strong understanding of science principles and inquiry-based learning

- Proven ability to engage and inspire students in the study of science

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth
