Drive strategy, objectives and tactical requirements in all areas of facilities management operations.
Deliver monthly management information report including environmental, waste and sustainability performance and financial metrics.
Develop supplier relationships to manage delivery of services and improvements and report on progress made.
Monitor related legal compliance as well as Government and industry best practice
Apply knowledge to drive best practice and innovation to meet committed SLA.
Engage with supplier, vendors and contractors, relating to hard & soft services performance and improvements
Champion campaigns in partnership with the local Teams to promote engagement in the area of employee experiences.
Assist in developing and implementing a customized service strategy to client
Advise on potential risks associated with emerging legislation and recommend solutions
Consult with subject matter experts throughout JLL and suppliers to ensure the contract utilizes the most up to date guidance and codes of practice
Share guidance on all the latest trends, and as such will be expected to dedicate time to research and monitor announcements from key industry bodies, institutions and networks to stay ahead of the curve
Support the EMEA JLL Account, driving Governance, Compliance, Reporting
Support and manage project delivery, resources/team providing technical services guidance and direction to achieve project goals relating to account operations improvements
Ensure data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely and coordinated
Implement change management routines to assess change requests, make recommendations, secure client approvals and issue change orders
Identify technical risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks
All the time working in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors and vendors.

In the role you will work across our EMEA campus which is currently spread over multiple countries
The main business language spoken in our offices is English. Knowledge of local language is essential

ABOUT YOU
You have direct experience in delivering high complexed solutions within Facilities Management services within a fast paced environment
Ability to undertake on site and desktop assessments to identify utility savings.
Ability to write recommendation reports to suit varying audiences (technical and non technical).
Awareness of new trends towards Corporate Real Estate Services.
Evidence of delivering innovation and engaging positively with continuous change and improvement
You have worked in a similar role and have skills to lead and influence others
You are able to build and maintain positive client relations and network at all levels
You have communication and interpersonal skills and proven capabilities to effectively represent businesses and drive decisions
You work collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service focused approach
You are proficient with computer equipment and programs (Word, Excel and Outlook), and have a keen interest in technology
You have good communication skills, including presentation and negotiation skills
You are adept at multitasking and are able to manage multiple projects effectively
