The successful candidates will support our team in migration, optimizing and managing Microsoft technologies, driving product strategy, and ensuring the successful implementation and management of our technologyRoles & Responsibilities:Microsoft Product Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support on Microsoft products, including but not limited to Microsoft 365, SharePoint and related technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologiesProduct Management: Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needsImplementation Support: Manage and execute deployment plans for Microsoft products. Oversee the implementation process, ensuring timely and effective deliveryOptimization and Maintenance: Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft products. Implement updates and enhancements to maintain functionality and securityDocumentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Microsoft products and product management processes. Prepare and present reports on product performance and project statusStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including IT, development teams, and business units, to gather requirements and provide solutions that meet organizational needsTraining and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Microsoft products.
