Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. A master\'s degree is a plus.
Proven experience (8-10 years) as a functional consultant or business analyst, with a focus on implementing Microsoft Dynamics Finance (formerly Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations) solutions.
In-depth knowledge of financial management processes, including but not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and accounts payable/receivable.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics Finance modules to meet client requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Certification in Microsoft Dynamics Finance (e.g., MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance) is preferred.
Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies is desirable.
