Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Business Analyst with a deep understanding of Business Central 's features and capabilities, especially as they relate to manufacturing operations. This role will be pivotal in enhancing business processes, ensuring system optimization, and leveraging Business Central's functionality to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP System Analysis and Implementation
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, focusing on modules relevant to manufacturing, such as:

o Production Orders

o Inventory and Warehouse Management

o Bill of Materials (BOM)

o Routings

o MRP (Material Requirements Planning)

o Capacity Planning

o Sales and Purchasing Workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system configurations, customization, and workflows within Business Central.
• System Optimization and Support:

o Analyze existing Business Central processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements using features such as:

o Job Queues for task automation

o Dimensions for financial and operational analysis

o Advanced reporting and analytics tools within Business Central including cost accounting.

o Develop and maintain workflows and approvals to streamline operations and ensure compliance.

o Provide support for day-to-day operations, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring data accuracy.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

o Create dynamic Power BI dashboards and reports integrated with Business Central to provide real-time insights into manufacturing KPIs, inventory levels, and financial metrics.

o Leverage Business Central's embedded reporting tools and integrations for detailed operational and financial analysis.

• Collaboration and Training

o Partner with production, finance, and supply chain teams to align system functionality with operational needs.

o Provide training and guidance to end users on Business Central features, custom workflows, and best practices.

o Develop user documentation and system manuals tailored to Business Central's features.

• Third-Party Integrations

o Manage integrations between Business Central and third-party systems, such as MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems

o Evaluate and implement AppSource add-ons that enhance Business Central's manufacturing capabilities.

• Assess and implement system upgrades, new modules, and additional functionality as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems of which at least 3 years with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, particularly in manufacturing environments.
• Deep knowledge of Business Central features, including Financial Management, Supply Chain, Production, and Reporting modules.
• Experience with ERP implementation and post-go-live support, with a focus on manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as production planning, inventory management, and quality control.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics Business Central.
• Experience with AL programming or modifying Business Central via Visual Studio Code.
• Familiarity with integration tools like Power Automate, APIs, or other middleware solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
