• Understand business processes and contribute to solutions for corporate users in becoming more efficient and effective in using Dynamics Finance & Operations
• Act as liaison between end users and D365 Finance & Operations team members to design and configure business solutions to ensure business requirements have been met
• Accomplish complete configurations and innovative system designs for the D365 Finance & Operations related applications
• Develop & Maintain Forms, Reports including Power BI and SSRS, Alerts, Workflow and other technical areas for D365 Finance & Operations
• Provide technical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new technologies to assist business users
• Work collaboratively with team members to troubleshoot and resolve Finance and Operations issues
• Create and configure security roles for users

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office
• Strong written and spoken English
• Willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed, and travel to various client sites
• Basic understanding the architecture of D365 Finance & Operations
• Proficient in lifecycle services, code deployment and application maintenance
• Good Technical and Functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Programming skill in Dynamics Finance & Operations (X++, Visual Studio), SSRS reports
