Identify and perform studies to improve the efficiency and optimize the layout of the lines. Perform capacity studies of the production units. Coordinate with all teams and suppliers to success new projects launches. Prepare, control, and update the Capacity Sheets and Process Flow Diagrams. Analyze and implement model year changes on assembly lines. Ensure Capex spending according to the forecast. Participate to all workshops to improve Plant indicators. Commit to HSE Actions. To be successful for this role: Minimum Bac+5 (Industrial or Technical Engineering). Proven experience within automotive fields - at least 5 years. At least 2 years' experience in Automotive Engineering field. Experience in process preparation along different engineering documents. Leadership & team work spirit. English and French mandatory. Ability to work with cross functional teams. High knowledge of problem solving tools. Microsoft office skills (Excel, PPT, ...). Language Skills: French. English.
