INGENIEUR METHODE « Ouvrant la voie de la transition énergétique, Alstom développe et commercialise des solutions de mobilité qui constituent des fondations durables pour l'avenir du transport. Son portefeuille de produits comprend notamment des trains à grande vitesse, des métros, des monorails et des trams ainsi que des systèmes intégrés, des services sur mesure, de l'infrastructure, des solutions de signalisation et des solutions de mobilité numériques. Alstom compte 150 000 véhicules en service commercial à travers le monde. Avec l'intégration de Bombardier Transport le 29 janvier 2021, le chiffre d'affaires combiné du nouveau Groupe a atteint 14 milliards d'euros pour la période de 12 mois close le 31 mars 2021. Basé en France, Alstom est désormais présent dans 70 pays et emploie plus de 70 000 personnes dans le monde. Alstom Maroc contribue aussi largement au développement de l'industrie ferroviaire, plus particulièrement dans le domaine du câblage et des transformateurs embarqués grâce à son usine implantée à Fès. »

Responsibilities Industrialisation of new projects start-up: Analyse the input data coming from customers sites Participate & support the SSM during costing phase Industrialize the projects and ensure availability & reliability of industrial delivrables (BOM, Wiring list, instructions sheet ...) Ensure treatement of technical feedback comming from Manuf & Quality (PDCA, QRQC ...) Ensure data integrity (ELSA, GSI, CATIA ...) Ensure ergonomics and EHS rules are well taken into account Execute changes and ensure stability of the projects: In coordination with the RLI & SSM, follow the progress of industrial deliverables Update the industrial delivrables on time (BOM, WI, ELSA ...) Escalate variation cost related to change execution Ensure ergonomics and EHS rules are well taken into account Drive & participate in continous improvement projects : Support teams to analyse and eradicate technical issues take the lead and participate on continuous improvement projects Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
